No more taking windows apart to clean them and when they are all closed, it is so quiet in my house, no outside noise. I think Ralph is the best! If I could transport his company and all the sub-contractors he chooses to Salt Lake City, I would. We own a business in Salt Lake City and we are often remodeling or doing new construction commercially or residentially. We have never had a totally great experience with any builder we chose. My situation was unique (and it scared me) because I was building from 2,000 miles away. It was a project I hesitated to begin because I thought the stress would kill me. It turned out to be a better experience than any building I have done and visited daily. When I met Ralph I knew I would build with him. It was easy to communicate with Ralph and his staff communicates with you via email or phone. Ralph is quick to recommend changes in the house plans and often finds ways to save you money. If there was a delay in any phase, the explanation was clear. I have a cousin who is a civil engineer and teaches at Michigan Tech. He stopped by periodically and checked the project. He told me that the building was first class and the structure was built very well. Ralph is a great builder and one of my favorite people. Thank you IHS! You blessed my life!

Your company was recommended to me and I also saw your TV ad and liked the presentation. However, the deciding factor for me was Fred; the first time I met with him he took the time to listen to me and my concerns. He followed through on everything he told me, yet allowed me the time I needed to come to my decisions.
