Our history

Ralph Pagnucco Jr. formed IHS Building Company in 2001. After serving the industry since 1974 in different capacities, Ralph decided it was time to gather his skills and venture forth on his own. He knew that if he joined time tested procedures with brand name products and always stayed focused on quality, it would produce a winning combination. Ralph knew that he could not do it alone, so he put together a team of people dedicated to helping people realize their dream of a new home, additional living space, or renovation of existing space.

IHS Building Company has quickly become known for it’s expertise in the construction industry. Our team is constantly sharpening their skills through certified training and seminars. IHS believes in working safe so we started a safety program to train employees how to work safely during all phases of construction and to keep you and your family protected.

Our professional management team

Our management team brings to your project over 75 years combined experience. We personally walk every jobsite on a regular basis during the construction process and we know your satisfaction is our utmost responsibility. Our management team includes:

Ralph Pagnucco, General Manager & Owner

Ralph oversees the day to day business operations, meets with clients, and estimates client projects.

Brian Anderson, Construction Manager

Brian handles the day to day construction operations, meets with clients, communicates with sub-contractors and vendors, and estimates client projects. Brian also serves as the company safety director and is responsible for training and educating our workers on how to work safe.

Fred Ivers, Construction Superintendent

Fred coordinates and supervises all construction activities, oversees all field personnel, leads a crew and is directly responsible for job quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
