Owner Ralph Pagnucco Jr. formed IHS Building Company in 2001. After serving the industry since 1974 in different capacities, Ralph decided it was time to gather his skills and venture forth on his own. He knew that if he joined time tested procedures with brand name products and always stayed focused on quality, it would produce a winning combination.

Four years later, IHS has experienced phenomenal growth in Upper Michigan. With five full time employees and part time help as well, IHS continues to move into new areas and experience positive growth. Constantly sharpening their skills through certified training and seminars has proved highly valuable in all areas of their business. Remodeling, additions, makeovers, and renovations continue to be a strong portion of their business in Marquette County and they are looking forward to healthy growth in those areas. New built, custom homes, and commercial work are areas that have long been the basis of Ralph’s background and experience.
